Production Supervisor

Aerotek is hiring a Production Supervisor for our client located in Delta, BC

Must have

3-5 years of Supervisor or Management experience within a manufacturing environment 

Experience leading a team of 10+ 

Deep understanding of safety protocols 

Understanding a sense of urgency

Job Description• Supervise shift operations to meet production schedules, efficiency targets, and quality standards

• Ensure proper machine operation, process control, and product quality compliance

• Complete and verify production, shipping, and timekeeping records accurately

• Manage employee performance, attendance, training, and development, including reviews and corrective action

• Promote safe work practices, enforce safety policies, and address hazards proactively

• Oversee housekeeping, storage, and operational improvements in labor, equipment, and processes

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Wage 

$36 to $43
