Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Production Supervisor is in charge of a specific area and shift for GE Aerospace set of products. The main objective is to produce quality parts, in the right quantity, at the right time and at minimum cost. It also seeks to continually improve the efficiency, organize and recommend strategies to ensure that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications.
