Production Supervisor (Journeyman Electrican)

What you will do

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers (approximately 40-75 employees), such as assemblers, electricians, inspectors, precision workers, while ensuring that production schedules are created and completed on time, safely, and within budget.

We are hiring across the following shift:

• Weekday Night Shift: 6PM-5:30AM (Monday-Thursday)

How you will do it

• Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Anticipate production obstacles and manage team and stakeholders to overcome them.
• Provide leadership and ownership of product quality while consulting with Quality staff and Engineers on quality issues while being accountable for the overall QA performance of the manufacturing unit.
