Shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am

Scope:

• The role of the Production Supervisor is to provide front-line leadership in a complex food manufacturing environment and drive results through team engagement, clear communication, and effective execution to diverse work force.
• Supervisors are responsible for enforcing compliance and driving accountability with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Success is achieved by fostering collaboration, encouraging open communication, and leading change initiatives.

• Production Supervisors provide business and technical leadership to ensure both departmental and facility goals are met or exceeded across three key areas:

• Ensure compliance with Ontario Health and Safety Act regulations
