**Production Supervisor**

**Opportunity**
Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day activities of Casting Finishing operations within a Cast Iron Foundry environment. Ensures production requirements are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, delivery, and cost objectives while supporting continuous improvement and team engagement.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Directly supervises and assigns work to Casting Finishing operators to meet customer demand and production schedules.
+ Ensures the workforce is properly trained, qualified, and understands job expectations prior to assignment.
+ Frequently evaluates job procedures and operator performance to maintain standards related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
+ Supports Kohler Operating System (KOS) initiatives and maintains 5S standards.
