Job Overview
They will be in charge of overseeing and ensuring a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. They will lead and supervise the assigned personnel in the plant.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 5-10 years of progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility.
- Adept in handling people.
- Above-average management skills - planning, leading, organizing, controlling
- Able to work in a shifting schedule
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
