Overview
The Production Leader‑Supervisor (National Mobility Program) is a leadership role designed to build a pipeline of qualified production leaders to support Wonderbrands manufacturing facilities in Ontario.
Reporting to the Shift Leader and Operations Leader, the Leader‑Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership on the production floor, ensures production schedules are met safely and efficiently, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
The role requires mandatory geographic mobility. Successful candidates will complete structured training at a Wonderbrands GTA facility and, following qualification, will be assigned to a Wonderbrands location in the GTA/Ontario based on business needs.

The position will start at our Carlingview location: 514 Carlingview Drive, Etobicoke, ON.
