Production Supervisor (Office Hours / Day Shift)

• Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
• Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
• Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

• Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is encouraged to apply
• Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Programming or Robotic Process Automation will be added advantage.
