Job Description
Purpose: To supervise and coordinate assembly operations to ensure equipment is assembled safely, efficiently, and in compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery commitments. The role is responsible for leading the production team, optimizing resources, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a disciplined shopfloor execution.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily assembly activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications and documented procedures
- Oversee equipment assembly, alignment, testing, inspection, integration, troubleshooting, and product release activities
- Plan, assign, and coordinate work to meet production schedules and delivery targets
- Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of assembly tools and special equipment
- Distribute jobs and balance workload effectively across the production team
