Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2–5 years of supervisory experience in poultry, food manufacturing, or FMCG production.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and in plant/farm environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production schedules and output targets are met with minimal downtime and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and biosecurity standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance during audits and inspections (NMIS, DA, FDA)
