Production Supervisor

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Production Supervisor. The main responsibilities of this role include serving as a leader and facilitator for the team’s tasks and activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, production, environmental, and operational system objectives to meet customer requirements.

• Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and follow up on the timely closure of unsafe condition findings.
• Participate in accident/incident investigations.
• Promote environmental awareness.
• Execute the Emergency Response Plan correctly according to established procedures.
• Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) as scheduled and ensure team leaders under supervision do the same.
• Ensure timely completion of production (OEE), safety, and scrap reports.
