Production Supervisor

In this role, youll ensure the safe and efficient execution of the production plan during your assigned shift, delivering strong results across EHS, QFS, Cost, and Service. This position is based in Querétaro, Mexico.

Youll lead your production line team, collaborating closely with maintenance and support functions to prevent downtime, optimize performance, and consistently achieve operational targets.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

Production Plan Execution Ensure compliance with the production plan for your shift, lead daily performance meetings (DDS1), and maintain accurate shift records.

Performance Monitoring & Communication Update KPI boards, participate in DDS2 and DDS3 reviews, and communicate results, priorities, and risks to ensure alignment across shifts.
