Responsibilities- Lead and supervise daily production activities within a technical repair and manufacturing environment to ensure quality, productivity, and on‑time delivery targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Supervise daily production operations involving electronic repair, testing, mechanical assembly, and manufacturing activities.
- Lead, coach, and deploy production operators to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and operational targets.
- Monitor work‑in‑progress (WIP), production output, and manpower allocation to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer orders.
- Ensure all repair and assembly processes are performed in accordance with approved work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
