Overview of the role
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role forms a key part of our leadership team. The Temporary Production Supervisor is responsible for leading our production employees and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations to ensure objectives are met for quality, safety, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness in the processing and packaging of our products. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of initiative, be self‑motivated and work well under pressure.
Schedule
Rotating shift, 4‑day work week.
