 Knowledge of GMP,5s, CIP and other regulatory requirements
 Cost and Budget allocation
 Manpower planning and MIS Reporting
 Targeted production as per production plan.
 Process development and controlling techniques along with Team Leader Responsibility
 Implementation of safety culture
 Supervise and control plant operation during assigned shift
 Improve productivity and yield.
 Any other responsibility assigned by management
