Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

 Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes

 Supervise and lead the team in the machine line

 Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment

 Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies

 Should be willing to work overtime and on Sunday/s as necessary

 Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines



Qualifications

 High School Diploma or Equivalent

 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical

Engineering is required

 Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry is desired

 Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing

machines is highly preferred

 Proven experience as hands-on supervisor

 Should be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast...
