Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Performs hands‑on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes
• Supervise and lead the team in the machine line
• Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment
• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies
• Should be willing to work overtime and on Sunday/s as necessary
• Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro‑Mechanical
• Engineering is required
• Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry is desired
• Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing machines is highly preferred
• Proven experience as hands‑on supervisor
