Job Role : Production Support Analyst 
Job Location : Singapore 
Experience : 5+ Years 
Roles & Responsibilities Provide application and production support for enterprise systems. 
Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability and monitoring tools. 
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. 
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. 
Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL practices. 
Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. 
Perform data analysis using SQL and databases. 
Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend support when required. 
Skills & Technical Competencies Proficiency in Java and related frameworks. 
Knowledge of Full Stack Java development.
