Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical 24 7 support for banking applications ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution of production incidents.
  • Proactively monitor application performance and system health using advanced tools to detect and prevent potential issues before they impact users.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across various banking systems, including trading platforms, payment gateways, and core banking applications.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to deploy application changes and patches, meticulously managing release cycles and rollback procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in Production Support within the Banking domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems such as Sysarc, Intellect, and Oracle-based solutions.
