Cognizant Production Support Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Production Support Engineer. The role involves proactive maintenance, automation, root‑cause analysis, monitoring, cross‑functional collaboration, and documentation.
Perform proactive maintenance activities, engage in automation, and conduct root cause analysis and remediation.
Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance.
Hands‑on experience with microservices, Java Spring Boot, React JS, REST Web Services.
Support engineers work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and software engineers, to solve production issues.
Update senior leaders about system status and share timely resolution progress.
Analyze metrics and logs to understand system failures or non‑performance.
