Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Manage production technical support for issues logged by user and other customer support
units
Perform jobs like incident analysis / review, impact analysis of critical issues, detailed
technical analysis of complex issues
Periodic review of systems and interfaces and document all these in KDB (knowledge
database)
Performing analysis of tickets and repeated incidents raised and work on reducing repeated
tickets and incidents
