Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production operations by monitoring delivery commitments, resolving quality issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Manage production administration activities including WIP reporting, material kitting, overtime arrangements, and validation of production staff time records in TMS.
  • Support workforce development by maintaining skill matrix, managing bottleneck processes, and identifying technicians/operators for skill progression and competency enhancement.
  • Organizing and storing administrative inventory, managing stock levels, and conducting regular audits.
  • Maintaining safety equipment (e.g., First aid kits, fire extinguishers).
  • Involved in identifying and participating in miscellaneous procurement and liaison with Finance.
