Salary: £17.61 per hour + shift allowance (equivalent to approximately £36,500 per annum)
Job Type: Double Days | 9 day fortnight | Permanent
An established manufacturing business in Coventry is looking to recruit an experienced Production Team Leader to join its Press Shop operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading a small production team, ensuring daily production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and housekeeping. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing your team and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and supervise a small team of production operators.
Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
Promote a positive working culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
