Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Team Leader to support a busy manufacturing environment, working closely with the Production Manager to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Role Overview
You'll lead the Test & Diagnostics team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You'll supervise staff, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, and escalate risks where needed.
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of production targets and resolve bottlenecks or risks
Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, quality, and safety standards
Lead daily tier meetings and support performance reviews and reporting
Monitor team performance, carry out 1:1s, appraisals, and absence management
Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities within the area
