Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow FIFO and proper stock rotation of all raw materials used daily.
  • Complies with GMP and Food Safety policies of the company.
  • Performs food processing and preparation of materials such as slicing, mixing, kneeding, weighing, etc. using various baking equipment such as dough roller, mixer, dough sheeter, dough divider, rounder machine, etc.
  • Inspects equipment for cleanliness, sanitation and functionality before and after each use.
  • Perform assigned tasks efficiently in a timely manner according to the production plan and schedule to avoid production delays.
  • Avoid cross‑contamination by following correct usage of color‑coded tools and equipment such as trolleys, chopping boards, rags and towels, cleaning materials, etc.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of working stations, baking equipment or machines, and working area at all times.
