Responsibilities
- Record daily output data and submit to leader.
- Set up machines during changeover of part.
- Troubleshoot production related quality issues.
- Attend daily morning briefing conducted by leader and provide status update.
- Communicate status on each machine before shift hand‑over.
- Ensure own responsible machines warm up before start of shift.
- Report any scrap or technical issue to leader during processing.
- Ensure respective in‑charge machines are fully utilized.
- Inform leader if machine is faulty/down to avoid delay in delivery.
- Minimum O Levels, Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics), or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in production environment preferred.
- Experience in setup and operating single point diamond turning machine.
