Overview

£12.72 - £15.23 plus premium overtime, Monday – Friday AM and PM shift, 33 days leave after 12 weeks, training opportunities, free parking, modern manufacturing and welfare facility, changing rooms and showers, Christmas shutdown

Due to an increase in production an opportunity for a Production Welder has arisen to join a well-established global engineering company in the Sheffield area. The role is based at their UK Head office site which is commutable from both Rotherham and Barnsley and easily accessible via public transport. Reporting into the Shift Supervisor, day to day Production Welder responsibilities will include;

• Reading from basic engineering drawings
• Basic tack welding tubes
• Saw operating
• Working towards tight deadlines
• Maintaining a safe working area
