**Job Title:** **Professional Development Consultant**
**Reports To:** Sr. Director, Professional Development
**Position Overview**
The Professional Development Consultant Focus: Plays a critical role in driving early success and long-term retention for experienced Real Estate Professionals with Coldwell Banker Realty. This role blends 1:1 coaching, small group facilitation, and strategic support and content development for local leadership to ensure agents are productive, connected, and aligned to Coldwell Banker’s value proposition.
**Core Responsibilities**
**Experienced Agent Support** _(70%)_
+ Facilitate large or small group, 1:1, and cohort-based sessions to drive productivity and platform adoption
+ Identify key agent needs and coordinate with field leaders
