Responsibilities
- Act as the Cabinet Engineering focal point between Bombardier multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers.
- Prepare different types of engineering documentation to support start of design activities.
- Define technical requirements and participate in strategic planning.
- Find and propose opportunities for product and process improvement (cycle time reduction, ease of production, weight reduction, etc.).
- Review specifications for accuracy across documentation.
- Be mindful of project potential technical issues (critical designs, risks, etc.).
