Job Description
Leads and develops the maintenance staff to eliminate top machine losses.
Ensures technical and methodological support is provided to the departments in order to guarantee proper functionality and improvement of the equipment.
Ensures detailed analysis of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)/ Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) indicators, proper machines classification and validation of recovery plan appropriateness.
Ensure the constancy of production through the correct maintenance of the equipment using the methodology of the Maintenance Domain
Ensure the training of the personnel in charge in the maintenance domain
Execute Benchmark with other plants for continuous improvement
Execute floor audits to ensure adequate maintenance, comply with external and internal audits
Analysis skills to detect root causes, follow-up for the closure of countermeasures
