PRODUCTION QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking a driven and passionate Production Quantity Surveyor to join our construction client’s team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for all managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDol programme.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing projects allocated, including but not limited to the following:

• Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.
• Drafting and reviewing of cashflow and programme.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Keeping the server up to date at all times.
• Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.
• Managing procurement of Contractors and PSP.
• Managing consultant’s appointments and performance.
• Managing contractor’s appointments and performance.
• Complying with all processes and protocols.
