Role Overview

Professor to teach the Project-Based Maker Lab in a presencial classroom format during morning or evening shifts.

Content of the Discipline

Laboratory of skills presenting techniques for conception of engineering projects, physical measurements (mechanical and electrical), use of the Maker space and its tools (laser cutter, 3D printers). Concepts of metrology, reading of projects and analysis of mechanical parts. Tools and fabrication instruments. Students also work with prototyping platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi to build solutions with brainwave readers, motors, actuators and other instruments, preparing them for Startup One. Students will be introduced to Scrum to manage their projects and concepts of Industry 4.0.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience with the subject to be taught
  • Post-graduation or MBA completed
