Program Analyst - DIRECT HIRE

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Guidance Division, Office of Grants Management and Guidance, Office of Program Management, within the Federal Transit Administration's (FTA). As a Program Analyst, the incumbent will perform grant and program management functions; analyze complex laws, regulations and legislation; and provide consistent guidance to stakeholders regarding FTA grants and cooperative agreements. Responsibilities As a Program Analyst, you will: Provide Headquarters (HQ) and regional staff with accurate and timely guidance on the interpretation and application of transportation laws and policies and OMB Uniform Guidance related to pre- and post-award requirements affecting FTA grants and cooperative agreements.
