Salary Range: $44,700 to $46,800 annually

The Program Coordinator (PC) supports the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the Doctor of Ministry Program. This frontline role provides support for the DMin Program Director, Assistant Director, Track and Concentration coordinators, part-time instructors, and DMin students.

Position Purpose

The PC coordinates all program events and acts as a key liaison with other university departments.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the Doctor of Ministry program, the Director, and the Track and Concentration coordinators.
• Maintain DMin databases, course and program webpages, program files, and course schedules.
• Prepare DMin instructor contracts and related duties (e.g., processing stipends and expenses, responding to queries, providing infor...
