Job Description
Lead the Before and After School Program at St. Antoine Daniel Catholic School. PLASP Child Care Services seeks an experienced ECE registered Program Director to create engaging activities for Kindergarten-aged children.
As the Program Director, you will oversee daily operations for the extended day program while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. You must plan stimulating activities and support staff in delivering high-quality early learning in alignment with the Child Care Early Years Act (CCEYA). Responsibilities also include budgeting for snacks, staff supervision, and program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe and caring environment for children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
• Manage budgeting and food preparation
• Supervise staff and conduct performance appraisals
• Ensure compliance with MEDU standards and licensing
