Key Responsibilities
• Lead governance across multiple migration programs, ensuring successful delivery, quality, and performance targets
• Manage and scale a global team of 50+ engineers, architects, and migration specialists
• Build and optimize delivery methodologies for assessments, migrations, and post-migration services
• Drive executive customer engagement through steering committees, reviews, and strategic briefings
• Collaborate with Microsoft field teams on co-sell opportunities, pipeline reviews, and partner initiatives
• Own financial management, including revenue forecasting, utilization, and investment planning
• Develop certification programs, training initiatives, and knowledge management systems
• Track and report business performance metrics including ACR, customer satisfaction, and pipeline generation
• Lead go-to-market activities, field enablement, branding, and marketing efforts
