**Description:** The JAVELIN Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team is looking for someone that is self-motivated with a strong background in business, finance, or accounting and who has experience in aspects of Program Finance and Earned Value Management. This position is for a Finance Analyst who supports the Program Finance Manager, the Bus Ops Sr Manager (BMIT), and Program Management team.
This position will be responsible for the following:
• Day-to-day program finance responsibilities of managing program business and financial performance from proposal and negotiations through contract execution and closeout
• Assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlighting issues / concerns / trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met.
• Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures.
