Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. PAN India Technical Governance
- Provide centralized oversight for all engineering operations across locations .
- Standardize maintenance frameworks, SOPs, and technical practices.
- Drive consistency, reliability, and performance benchmarking across sites.
2. Hard Services Excellence
- Oversee performance of:
- HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs)
- Electrical infrastructure (HT/LT, DG, UPS)
- Fire & Life Safety systems
- Plumbing, STP/ETP
- BMS systems
- Ensure maximum uptime and zero critical failures .
- Implement advanced maintenance strategies:
- Preventive
- Predictive
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
