Program Management Analyst

Job Description

We’re actively seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other analysts and various business departments, including finance and supply chain. Your primary responsibility is to assist programs by providing critical tracking of financial data. This role places a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, reporting, and tracking of actual of expenditures (weekly). Investigate unplanned actuals
• Tracking of budget taskings
• Preparation of monthly estimate to complete (assignment of resourcing) including all commitments such as Pay after year end
• Reporting of variances and variance mitigation plans/causes
