Program ManagerLevel: 3QualificationsBachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.English language proficiency.Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service/program management.Knowledge: Office ERP Experience.SkillsExcellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.Quotation and RFQ skills.NPI management.ResponsibilitiesOTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime).
Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
