 The Program Manager supports a defined set of Syneos Health Communication agencies by ensuring projects move smoothly through Boldsky studio. Acting as a reliable partner, the Program Manager helps the team deliver on client needs while supporting overall client satisfaction. This Program Manager reports directly to the Sr. Program Manager.  
 The Program Manager helps define project parameters, contributes to creative ideation sessions, and participates in tactical discussions. Once project expectations are aligned, the Program Manager coordinates project execution from start to finish, including timeline development, budget tracking and change order management, and routing deliverables for review.
