Summary
We are looking for an experienced leader for program management who will be the primary contact for several OEM customers. Adept at overseeing the progress of Operations, NPI, Customer Service, and Quality projects. Experienced in working collaboratively with other departments and leading staff members. Skilled in evaluating project milestones and progress to achieve timely results.
Education- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Bilingual English & Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management with a customer service focus
- APQP experience
- Ability to work in a stressful, time‑driven environment
- Ability to effectively prepare and present information to customers, management, and work groups
