Job Description
Our client is looking for a Program Manager to lead OEM licence programs within a global aerospace environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing OEM licence contracts and program profitability
- Coordinating cross-functional and international teams
- Supporting business development and customer growth
- Leading negotiations, pricing, and commercial activities
- Monitoring program performance, quality, cost, and delivery
- Supporting industrialisation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in program/project management within aerospace or industrial sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Occasional travel is required.
