Program Manager Feature space Implementation

Program Leadership & Delivery . Program orchestration and cross-team coordination of large scale, multi phase programs involving Featurespace deployments (POC & full-scale implementation) . Oversee delivery of Featurespace implementations, including onboarding, configuration, model tuning, and go live support . Own end to end program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence. Act as the primary client-facing interface and provide a clear escalation and coordination point for queries, clarifications and follow-ups. Ensure the client has a predictable engagement rhythm (early emphasis on high touch, then optimisation) . Coordinate multiple project teams , client and third-party to ensure integrated, on schedule delivery of program outcomes . Ensure deployments meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements and client perspective .
