Role Overview

The Amazon North America Pickup & Return Points team is seeking a Program Manager to support Amazon's automated, secure, self‑service package delivery solution in Mexico. The role focuses on expanding partnerships with commercial locker and counter partners, optimizing processes, and advocating internally to improve customer experience, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with Mexico's commercial partners, acting as their primary point of contact, resolving escalations, and driving adoption of Amazon programs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback, identify network quality gaps, and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Track partner health metrics, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure performance standards are met across the network.
