The Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting programs to ensure quality delivery, donor compliance, and measurable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Program planning and implementation
- Team supervision and capacity building
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)
- Budget and financial monitoring
- Donor and stakeholder coordination
- Compliance, documentation, and risk management
