About the Role
Program Manager at Pacific Coast Children’s Resources supports children and youth with diverse abilities throughout the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, the Okanagan, and the Kootenays. You will use a family‑centred approach to provide support in safe home environments to children and youth who may have experienced complex trauma and present complex behaviours, as well as people with diverse abilities receiving services through the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Your natural ability to care for others, working both independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, will allow you to influence your team’s success.
