Program Manager

**YOUR ROLE**In your daily job you will:- Lead cross-functional teams to meet client deadlines or negotiate any project changes with clients.
- Define and communicate client program requirements to the cross-functional team.
- Participate in technical/design reviews with the F4 team.
- Oversee multiple programs for successful execution, before launch and regular production.
- Monitor and improve operational system execution.
- Lead kaizen events (workshops and station or machine improvements), process and product improvement projects.
**YOUR BACKGROUND**Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:- Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering or a related field- Fully bilingual- +3 years of experience in a similar position- Proficient in Office- Advanced Problem-Solving Techniques- Leadership- Proactivity**WHY JOIN US?
