JOB SUMMARY

The Program Manager leads quality assurance programs, services, and initiatives across multiple products and platforms. They drive delivery excellence, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support business goals with quality insights, and manage schedules, risks, requirements, and KPIs across the SDLC. The role supports continuous improvement, develops reporting tools, influences change, and delivers high‑quality player experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage QA programs, services, and initiatives across multiple products and platforms, ensuring delivery excellence and timely reporting.
  • Lead and support cross‑functional projects and initiatives with internal teams and regional partners, managing schedules, scope, risks, and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and adoption of best practices across teams.
  • Develop reporting metrics and create visualizations to inform quality and business outcomes.
