Job Description

As a Program Manager, Talent Development you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of talent development programs — from intake and prioritization through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. This role acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensures that learning initiatives are well-scoped, delivered on time, aligned to business needs, and demonstrate measurable value.
